Hotel Room Block Reservations

FAC has secured a block of rooms at the Hyatt Regency Orlando; our group rate is $169/night. All reservations for the Hyatt MUST BE BOOKED ONLINE via the secure web link, which is specific to our conference. You cannot access the FAC group rate by booking thru the hotel’s website or by phone.

The cut-off date for FAC's reduced rate of $169 is June 4, 2018. However, this does not mean there will be rooms available until June 4 - the block WILL sell out before this date so book as soon as possible! After June 4, reservations will be accepted on an availability basis and the hotel’s prevailing rates will apply. You must be a registered exhibitor to utilize the block room rate. 


**PLEASE NOTE** There is a two-night minimum for the FAC block at the Hyatt. If you only need one night, please use the link below for a list of 10 hotels closest to the Hyatt. FAC does not have room blocks at these hotels so you will need to check their availability and rates.

"Stuff the Bus" Exhibit Hall Initiative

On June 27, FAC will be hosting a reception in the Exhibit Hall to encourage attendees to visit with exhibitors and learn more about the products and services available. 

FAC wants to help folks visit YOUR booth! 

To do so, FAC is partnering with United Healthcare/Optum for a "Stuff the Bus" event to provide school supplies to children in need. Upon entering the Exhibit Hall, attendees will receive a bag and must visit exhibitors to collect school supplies and fill the backpack. Filled backpacks will then be placed in a 'school bus' at the center of the Exhibit Hall.

In the past, exhibitors have been asked to pay extra to house items being collected, but this year FAC is forgoing any fee and asking exhibitors to simply SIGN UP to bring 250 or more of the school supplies listed below. For convenience, FAC can also handle ordering or purchasing the item for you. Expense of the items is an estimate and will be billed to the exhibitor at cost with no added handling charges.

This is an opportunity to give back while bringing leads to your booth! Please join us and help make sure the Stuff the Bus event is a success!

Premium & Standard booth purchases include four (4) exhibitor registrations, one (1) 10' x 10' booth space with one (1) 6' table including pipe and drape, two (2) chairs, one (1) wastebasket, and one (1) one-line sign for the company name. Premium and Standard booths are determined by location in layout. Premium booths are located in areas with higher visibility, and heavier traffic.

All exhibitors have full access to the exhibit hall, conference workshops, and conference receptions.
